Mobile parking questions

Do drivers need to download an app?
No. Drivers can pay entirely in their phone’s browser by scanning a QR code or entering the zone number.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards that support online payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Does it work with gated lots?
Yes. In gated facilities drivers scan the code on their entry ticket to pay before returning to their vehicle, and the exit gate opens automatically.
What if I enter the wrong plate?
Contact our customer care team with your receipt. We will correct the session so you are not issued a notice.
